So what ever happened to that little blanket?

Then I had to teach my daughter how to knit.

While flying to Europe.

Then my sister needed a refresher course in sock knitting. (Notice MY finished socks serving as examples).

Forgot to mention how hard these socks were for me. My first pair ever!

But despite these distractions, the 'no pattern followed' blanket is complete.

Oh, the blanket turned out beautifully! And what a beautiful puppy weight (similar to a paper weight but much cuddlier) you have to place atop it!
That furry little face always looks to me like he just woke up. :-)
What? You travelled to Europe? And you took your incredibly lively and entertaining daughter with you? Aren't you lucky?! :-)

What a lovely blanket. How many different stitches did you use? Did you use two needles? Wolfie seems to like enjoy it.

I'm overwhelmed with everyone's birthday wishes. I would have never gotten so many if I weren't Danni's mom!

Thanks for the comments on the blanket whose new owner said that she was very happy with it.

Dog trot farm: I used a circular needle. Except for socks I prefer circulars for everything.

Farmgirl-dk: Yes, incredibly lively and entertaining daughter, I am VERY lucky!
